Structural features: Folded plate roof slab over auditorium area: 4" thick in tapezoidal shape with 7 feet fold height.

AWARD WINNER LIFE building at Rajkot

It won the 1st prize for an outstanding concrete strucutre of India, institutional building category.
Structural features: Exposed form finish concrete elements. The RCC slabs at all levels designed as two way waffle(grid) slab in 5'x5' modules. Foundation stone ceremony was performed by well known bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan & Jaya Bachchan.

80 feet span steel portal frame of foundry shed for M/s Kirit & Co, at Rajkot.
Strucutral features: Hinged base supports for steel members at plinth level. Members built with M S angles, plain round bars.

The brief write-up of the above project was published in May 1998 issue of “The Indian Concrete Journal” published by The Associate Cement Cos. Thane. (Cost: Rs. 2.0 crores) [Note: It won the 1st prize for outstanding concrete structures Of India; The competition held by ACI Mumbai, 1997. Orientation related to Computer Aided Designe(CAD):

The basic analysis & designs are worked on computer with the aid of standard FEM based software STRAP (latest version STRAP 2021) from reputed software developer ATIR Engg. Software Ltd. Israel. The hand calculations and design handbooks are also utilised to have a feel of design having practical values and application.
